Why you shouldn’t miss it…
This is exactly your thing, if you don’t have a lot of time but want to get moving first thing in the morning.
There is a meadow by the lake in front of the Reithalle St. Moritz. This is our urban outdoor Yoga location. Close by and easy to reach, yet offering a retreat from your daily life and business schedule.
Enjoy the mountain scenery and the smell of fresh green grass between your toes at the waterfront of Lake St. Moritz.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes, please bring your own Yoga mat with you. If available also a block or strap.
If you need a mat, please contact us in advance.
What should I wear?
It is recommended to wear comfortable and warm clothing. Practicing outdoors can always keep a surprise waiting for you, especially in the Engadin:-)). We call it the “onion-principal” in German. Wear functional clothing. You can always take off a layer if you feel warm.
Will the lesson takes place in any weather conditions?
Whenever possible we practice outdoor.
In case of cold and rainy weather, the class cannot take place.
Indoor location Lej da St. Moritz:

in August at the Kulm Hotel, Via Veglia 18, 7500 St. Moritz.
You will be informed by URSINA at short notice. Please check your emails.
Let’s hope for lots of sunshine and blue skies!
