Take responsibility for your practice. Level down or come out of the pose if you feel pain or if the position doesn´t feel right and good for your body.

Once the circumstances allow, I recommend that you attend personal or group yoga classes. Livestream yoga sessions don’t allow the teacher to correct you, either verbally or with hands-on assists. I am personally convinced that it is really important to attend classes in the studio for a safe practice.

    Create a quiet space where you can practice undisturbed


    • Yoga mat or non-slip underground
    • Yoga block (e.g. stick 2 hardcover books together)
    • Yoga belt or belt from bathroom coat or a long, strong scarf
    • Roll: you can roll it wonderfully out of a large bath towel

    Weekend Kick classes last 90 minutes and require an online drop-in ticket which can be purchased here in advance.
